NeuroMomentum provides a range of Specialized Assurance & Security Services to both Federal and Private Sector Customers and Partners. Our Core Offerings reside in the following Domains and include:

  • Cyber: Comprehensive protection of information systems from cyber threats, including but not limited to threat intelligence, security operations services, vulnerability assessments, security analysis, forensics, malware analysis, penetration testing, incident response, security engineering, and architecture design.
  • Cognition: Addressing cognitive threats that target human cognition, such as disinformation, misinformation, and adversarial operations, through analysis, counter-strategies, and training.
  • Information: Services focused on ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, availability, authenticity, and non-repudiation of information and information systems, including risk management framework (RMF) support, compliance assessments, and security policy development.
  • Research and Development (R&D/A): Innovative solutions and advanced research in cybersecurity, information assurance, cognitive security and related fields to address emerging threats and technological challenges.
  • Ethics: Guidance and frameworks support for ethical considerations in technology development and utilization, data handling, artificial intelligence, and cyber operations, ensuring responsible and lawful practices.

The specific scope of services for each client will be defined in a separate, written agreement. These Terms apply generally to your interaction with our website and initial engagement with our company.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with NeuroMomentum. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of NeuroMomentum or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of NeuroMomentum and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEUROMOMENTUM, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES), EVEN IF NEUROMOMENTUM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

  • YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES;
  • THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION, OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM OUR SERVICES;
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA;
  • STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES; OR
  • ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO OUR SERVICES.

NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF NEUROMOMENTUM TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NeuroMomentum, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Services;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right; or
  • Your violation of any laws, rules, regulations, codes, statutes, ordinances, or orders of any governmental and quasi-governmental authorities, including, without limitation, all regulatory, administrative, and legislative authorities.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and NeuroMomentum regarding your use of our Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and NeuroMomentum relating to your use of our Services.
